Who We Are
Business partners Matt Brown and Ryan Shuflin have vast experience in many types of residential and commercial construction dating back to the 1980s.
Matt Brown is a managing partner skilled in all aspects of construction, and has been building for nearly 30 years. Originally from Virginia, Matt & his family have lived in Utah since 1997. Matt began framing houses in 1994, apprenticing as a carpenter, before quickly advancing to a supervisory role on a variety of projects. Matt is involved in RCO Construction Services’ day to day operations, and is actively engaged with each client & project.
Ryan Shuflin began his construction career as an iron worker, supervising various phases of work on many iconic Utah Olympic venues and historic buildings. He has experience building and remodeling dozens of Park City homes. Ryan also manages the day to day operations of RC Ornamental, a premier ornamental and decorative metal company in Park City.
